Appointments are booked through JaneApp and are subject to availability. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies:
24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee. No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) may be charged up to 100% of the service cost. Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled appointments.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Refund Policy
All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
